Identification Requirements

In addition to the identity verification required by law, we ask all customers to present identification and complete a consent form for security purposes, regardless of the transaction amount.

When exchanging foreign currency, please bring one of the following valid identification documents:

• Driver’s License

• Passport

• Driving Record Certificate

• My Number Card

• Residence Card

※ For My Number Cards, we only check the front side. We do not obtain or record your Individual Number (My Number).

※ Depending on the type of identification document presented, we may ask you to provide additional documentation.
